Additional Modules
The Supply Chain Portal XACTIO has optional additional modules which can be installed free of charge to clients with maintenance contracts. For more information on each module please click on its name
- Administrators update facility
The Administrators update facility allows uploading of Excel documents to the supply chain to update the website
- Approval & Accreditation Status
Suppliers response to the questionnaire are
measured, and approved for various scopes.
- Inventory Module & Stock Control
The Inventory module allows your clients to view stocks of inventory with either a live link or by uplifting inventory data using an Excel (.xls) file
- Link Module
The Link module allows automatic synchronisation with your clients management software. This module is dependant on a thorough review of the clients system to exchange data through electronic links and firewall's.
- Open Orders Module
The open orders module enables the Supplier to view all outstanding PO’s with due date and promise date, the Portal sends out email reminders of PO’s falling due within a specified time and also sends out emails chasing overdue PO’s, all functions to ensure the Supplier meets the required delivery date within the criteria set within SC21
- Questionnaire Module
The Questionnaire module allows new and existing suppliers to complete an application form with the resulting answers being rated and an overall score calculate giving the risk measure. This module also includes a calendar function that allows suppliers to announce to you their factory shutdowns.
- Quality Module
The Quality module allows the online completion of Concessions, Re-treatments and Process changes including the acknowledgment of drawing changes at issue level
- Report Module
Automatic creation of PDF documents that detail how well each supplier is doing in each category with graphs to show changes over a set period
