It measures responsiveness and with the addition of extra modules it can be used for online resource planning, online quality concession submission, live linking into the Clients own management software which can also link to the Inventory module that will enable customers to view inventory being held in a management system. It is Client site specific, however it does have the ability to add extra sites, with the purchase of specific modules to allow multi site logins, multi site data uploads and common supplier viewing to all the Client locations.
Non Conformity Report
NCR (Non Conformity Report) Responsiveness Performance, Configurable time period for NCR performance with the ability to search for individual NCR's (date or NCR number). Suppliers response to notification of a NCR (within clients specified time scale), suppliers time taken to close out containment and corrective action, reminder emails when NCR is due/over due and the rejection of an NCR response if necessary.
