The link module allows manual synchronisation and automatic synchronisation with the management software used by the client. If an automated synchronisation is required then a thorough review of the clients system to exchange data through electronic links and firewalls must be performed.

The link module requires a connection to the customer's database if using an automated system; this is dependent on firewalls and ports allowing a connection to be made.
