Pervasive Link Module

Pervasive (PSQL) is a database engine used by various supply chain software. With firewall access Xactio can download from your internal supply chain software NCR's, Delivery Information and any Open Orders automatically enabling your suppliers quicker access to their details.

NCR Synchronisation

Using automated tasks the Xactio Supply Chain Portal will communicate with the Pervasive database and download all new Non-Conformance Reports, it then proceeds to notify all users of that supplier about the NCR and advises when a response is required.

Delivery / GRN Synchronisation

Delivery information enables both supplier and administrator to keep track of the remedy of the NCR including the original fault.

Period of Activity

Both NCR and Delivery information is downloaded on an hourly basis and in the event of an NCR being closed we can even communicate back to the pervasive database with all the required information to close the NCR on your internal system.
