Progress Plus Integration

ProgressPlus is a business and production control system with the power and flexibility to meet a wide range of manufacturing requirements. Quick to install and easy to use, it is ideal for small to medium scale production – bespoke, batch or short-run.

NCR Synchronisation

Using scheduled tasks the Xactio Supply Chain Portal will communicate with the selected Progress Plus Installation and synchronise all new Non-Conformance Reports, it then proceeds to notify users of that supplier about the NCR and when a response is required.

Delivery / GRN Synchronisation

Delivery information enables both supplier and administrator to keep track of the remedy of the NCR including the original fault.

Period of Activity

Both NCR and Delivery information is downloaded on an hourly basis and in the event of an NCR being closed on the portal we communicate back to the progress plus installation with all the required information to close the NCR.
