NCR (Non Conformity Report) Responsiveness Performance, Configurable time period for NCR performance with the ability to search for individual NCR’s (date or NCR number). Suppliers response to notification of a NCR (within clients specified time scale), suppliers time taken to close out containment and corrective action, reminder emails when NCR is due/over due and the rejection of an NCR response if necessary.

All information within the Supplier Performance tables is exportable to Microsoft ® excel.
